Job Description:

Person with attitude and passion of helping others, highly active on social media, fond of travelling , willing to explore new locations and can adjust in tough conditions, can motivate others and having skills of problem solving , conflict resolutions.

Qualification:

Education :10, +2
Age: less then 30 years (Male & Female)
Experience:- 2 to 3 years  in social work

Training / Hand Holding:

Recruitment training, Soft skill Training , ATS , HRMS, 

KRA:

1. Sourcing of candidates who are job needy and willing to go any part of country.
2. Screening of candidates as per clients JD
3. Arranging video interviews
4. Collecting complete documents of selected candidates
5. On boarding on ATS
6. Preparing batch of 25 and travelling with them
7. Coordinating with clients, Branch heads and settling the batch at client location      8) Planning , Execution , Reporting of weekly travel plan 

Job Location: Feet on street (mobile / local travel)

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rover has to give minimum 30 joinings in a given month to be eligible for Salary+Ta/Da full Timer
2.  If the joinings in a particular month are between 15 to 20, Rover will get salary of a part timer only a sper the slab 
3. If the joinings in a partivcular month are less than 10, then the Rover will get only commission as per the freelancer slab mentioned above. Part timer
